As everyone enjoys iPhone 4 and iPhone4s, most of us are rooting for more and waiting for iPhone 5 and yet still a rumor (since it has not yet officially launched) but Apple's reputation on great strategies and several successes may hurt the company due to the last leak ofiPhone 6 designs, which apparently made a huge fuzz on modern-tech community online.

But then again, who won't fall inlove with these?

Yes, the rumors may be true that the stakes have moved up to theiPhone 6 with designs mockup by Antoine Brieux. He uses ergonomic grip quite cleverly and formulates it with dimensions 125 mm x 63 mm with a 4.9-inch screen. A concept where the home button is moved to the left side of the phone (used with the thumb), leaving a huge screen space for one to enjoy.

According to Christina Bonnington at Wired, iPhone may be be"housed in Liquidmetal" - the commercial name for an alloy of titanium, zirconium, nickel, copper, and other metals. When it hardens, Liquidmetal retains "high strength, high resistance to wear against scratching and denting, and [has] a good strength-to-weight ratio." Cooled, it looks "smooth like liquid," and may bestow iPhone 6"its special swagger."

I definitely know how you feel but let's not get too excited, okay?LOL!

iPhone 6 may feature a much larger display — possibly 4.6 inches versus its current 3.5-inch set-up — and Apple has already started placing orders to its suppliers, says Reuters. While that sounds nice, making "a 4.6-inch display would mean that the size of the iPhone itself would be much larger than it currently is," according to Jordan Crook at TechCrunch.

It may seem realistic but more likely, Apple is working on a 4-inch display to "fit on to the iPhone at its current size." Keeping the same iPhone size sounds more like an Apple move, says MG Siegler at Parislemon. "A device that stays the same size, but gets a slightly larger screen for one more row of apps"? Even more exciting stuff!

Justin Bieber Talks to Bill Clinton, Apologizes for Dissing Ex-President While Peeing in a Bucket

Justin Bieber could teach a master class in damage control.

After getting caught on video urinating in a mop bucket and saying "F--k Bill Clinton" while in the act, the 19-year-old actually spoke to the former U.S. president today and apologized for his actions, a source close to the situation confirms to fashion News.

And it sounds as if Clinton was really cool about it!

The insider tells us that the erstwhile commander in chief took Bieber's slam in jest, saying something along the lines of, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."

And that had to have felt good to hear, considering the rough time Bieber has been having staying out of headline-making situations lately.

"@billclinton thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President. Your words meant alot. #greatguy," he tweeted earlier today after their talk.

Angelina Jolie Touches Down in Los Angeles With Maddox and Pax Following Trip to Hawai

Angelina Jolie has returned stateside.

The actress was spotted arriving at Los Angeles International Airport from Hawaii on Wednesday evening with her two eldest sons, 11-year-old Maddox and 9-year-oldPax, who could be seen clutching an overstuffed purple teddy bear.

The trio had spent the last several days in Oahu, where the Oscar winner was scoutingfor possible filming locations for her upcoming film, Unbroken.

Jolie is set to direct the World War II drama, and she is reportedly bringing her entire family along while she works on her second directorial effort. Her first, In the Land of Blood and Honey, was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film in 2011. That film was shot in Bosnia, Budapest and Hungary.

As for Unbroken, it's been announced that Jack O'Connell, best known for his role on the British hit show Skins, will star as the real life World War II hero Louis Zamperini.

The movie follows the true story of the former Olympian who, as an Air Force pilot, crashed into the Pacific Ocean in 1943 and was subsequently taken captive by Japanese soldiers, who held him in a prison camp for the rest of the war.

"I read Laura Hillenbrand's brilliant book, and I was so moved by Louie Zamperini's heroic story, I immediately began to fight for the opportunity to make this film," Jolie said in a statement announcing her involvement in the project. "Louie is a true hero and a man of immense humanity, faith and courage. I am deeply honored to have the chance to tell his inspiring story."

The film is reportedly slated to hit theaters on Christmas Day 2014.

Amanda Seyfried Spotted Getting Kissed by Mystery Man

Actress Amanda Seyfried was spotted getting smooched on the forehead by a mystery man while grabbing breakfast and coffee in Hollywood.

A casual Seyfried was strutting workout leggings, with a plain gray T-shirt, while her male companion wore a green shirt, red cap and shades (could he have made it any harder to see his face?).

The kiss seemed harmless, perhaps a friendly peck from a good pal, however perhaps the star has decided to get back into the dating game.

Seyfried was previously linked to actorsDesmond Harris, Josh Hartnett and Ryan Phillippe in the last couple years after ending her long-term relationship with Mama Mia!costar Dominic Cooper.

Regardless, the actress has one special man keeping her warm at night—her dog, Finn!

I had my 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL550 for a few months now and I’m still loving the car, especially in this Orange County weather. Mercedes recently previewed the all 2014 S-Class and I thought I would share it with you.
The S-Class is Mercedes’s most important car. It’s their top of the line vehicle and represents everything the company stands for. S-Class is an anglicisation of S-Klasse, a German abbreviation of “Sonderklasse,” which means special class or a class of its own. In addition to being a Sonderklasse, the S-Class is also the most high-tech vehicle in the world. Many technologies that you see common in cars today came from the S-Class. For example, the S-Class was the first car in the world to feature airbags and ABS (Anti-Lock Braks).
If you want to see what technologies cars will be running in ten years, all you have to do is look at the 2014 S-Class. The car is a technology tour de force. It has more tech toys than even James Bond can handle. Among its more crazy features is Magic Body Control. This employs the car’s stereoscopic cameras to “see” bumps in the road ahead, and then relaxes the suspension just in time to float the body over the obstacle. You’ll never again have to worry about spilling your coffee on the speed bump! Not only can the new S-Class track the cars around it, it also track pedestrians so you don’t hit them. If you’re looking to kill some people by hitting them with a car, don’t use the S-Class. It will come to a complete stop just as you’re about to run them over.
The 2014 S-class will be at your local Mercedes-Benz dealership this fall with a twin-turbo 4.7-liter V-8 that produces 455 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. An all-wheel-drive version will follow a few months later, as will high-performance S63 AMG (the version I would get). Next year, two V-12–powered models will be added to the lineup: the S600 and the super-powerful S65 AMG. Price range from expensive to stupid expensive. Or you can do what I did and get one for free.

Shah Rukh Khan announces new baby

NEW DELHI: Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan has confirmed that he's the father of a new baby amid feverish media speculation.

Talking to reporters at a news conference to promote the music from his latest film, Khan said late Wednesday that the news was "extremely personal."

There's been much speculation in Indian media over the last few weeks that Khan and his wife became parents to a baby boy via a surrogate and that the actor knew the baby's gender ahead of the birth — an act that is illegal in India to prevent the practice of aborting female fetuses due to a cultural preference for sons.

Khan did not give any details Wednesday and did not mention the baby's gender, but said he would share more publicly when the speculation settles down.

Khan said he wanted everyone, including government officials who are investigating whether he knew the baby's gender before the birth, to work with the same "alacrity in finding out and doing the enthusiastic investigation they are doing upon my baby upon other things which they should be lending their thoughts to right now."

"When the sad part gets over, I will share everything with you," Khan said.

Khan and his wife have two other children, a son and a daughter, both in their teens.

The 47-year-old actor is busy promoting his latest film, "Chennai Express," which is set to be released in August.

I know i don't usually 'do' inspiration posts and trust me you're never going to find a picture of a 'model' in leather trousers with her boobs out that you can look at and ponder whether she's anorexic or 'naturally skinny' on this blog but i do genuinely peruse the internet for inspiration for outfits and particularly interiors. I absolutely love looking at houses and spend a good amount of time doing so and hand in hand with that comes a love of interiors. The first 'career' i ever claimed to aspire to was an interior designer [along with all the other young Changing Rooms viewers of my generation] and i think part of that has stayed with me, although the eye and skill has never quite come up to scratch. I live in a converted Victorian Townhouse and love that style, i can safely say you'll never find me living in a modern house but i love clean and fresh decor inside that's still gives a nod to the exterior of the building. I'm in a bit of a rutt with my bedroom at the moment so have gathered together some photos of stuff i'm loving. Not going to say i'm totally 'in to' the shabby chic look but as you can see i like bits of it but with a slightly smarter twist.

Over recent years, lots of fashion bloggers have decided to turn their hobby into a money-earner alongside their full-time jobs.
For some, they produce a blog simply for the love of fashion and/or writing, but with money-making opportunities available, what’s the harm? Every couple of pounds you make is a bonus, right?


Publish a sponsored post
Brands or agencies working on behalf of brands often want to publish guest posts which have a link back to the brand’s website, which will help drive traffic to their website. So you could receive emails which ask you if you’ll either write a post for them, with a specified link, or if you can publish a pre-written post on your blog. This is something that more and more fashion bloggers are doing, and it’s a great way of making some money for doing very little!
If you’ve received payment – in money or products – in exchange for writing about something, you are required by law to tell your readers about it. An example of a disclosure statement is “Thanks to Zara for providing this post”.
Review a product for a brand
Similarly, as a fashion blogger you’re in the envious position of receiving clothing for free in exchange for writing a review about it. The brand or marketing agency that sends the item to you will simply want some promotion in return. Make it clear when arranging to review a product that you’ll give an honest review (if it’s not honest than what’s the point?), and it might even be worth stating this somewhere permanent on your blog (perhaps your contact page) so that agencies are aware of this up front.

Affiliate fashion website ShopStyle sells a range of brands, from designer to high street to suit all budgets. ShopSense is a service that ShopStyle has developed which you can add to your blog and will pay you whenever you send traffic to retail sites. You can access the API to have custom integration (you can add things like banner ads, photos of products and interactive shopping widgets) and you’ll get paid for each click. Now Magazine, InStyle and Banana Republic all use this service, so what are you waiting for?
Sell advertising with Google AdSense
Google AdSense will let you show targeted adverts on your blog and then earn revenue from the clicks that are sent through. It’s a completely free service which you can monitor and remove at any time. If you choose fashion-related ads, you’re more likely to get click-throughs (as you can make a pretty educated guess that you’re readers are going to be into fashion and are likely to click on fashion ads). You’re given an HTML code which you can insert into a text widget to display on your blog.
Affiliate schemes
Another way to monetise your blog is through affiliate promotions. For example, Amazon has an affiliate program where you can link to a product on their site and show information about it on your blog. There more products which are purchased via a click on your link, the more you can earn. Similarly, Apple’s app store and iTunes have an affiliate program which lets you link to songs and apps, and earn a commission on sales. If you’re promoting specific services or products that are related to the content on your blog post, then your readers won’t mind and the promotions won’t look out of place.

How a Fashion Blogger Makes Money

 

I always appreciate getting a “behind the scenes” look at income breakdowns and the nuts & bolts of making a living as a blogger, so I thought I’d get on the other side of it today and give you a peek inside my income stream over the last 5 years. I was inspired by the ProBlogger’s recent income stream post, and although I don’t have 12 streams like he does, I think it’s interesting to look at how the income streams I do have have changed over the years.
To keep it easy, I just measured from January 1 to May 15th of each year:
2013:

This year is the first year I’ve had any freelancing income. And I also just added Google Adsense back into my sites late last year, so that is a relatively new income stream. I used Adsense in the very beginning back in 2004-2005, and it was good income for me, but never “great,” and back then it wasn’t as easy to control or manage, and they were mostly text ads. As soon as I started getting a lot of weight loss ads show up I took all the ads down and didn’t put them back on my site until last year. Google Adsense is always most profitable on sites that get a LOT of traffic, and you’ve heard stories about bloggers making many thousands of dollars from Adsense, but the reality is that for most bloggers, it’s more like hundreds of dollars.

In 2012, direct ad sales made up 34.9% of my income and affiliate commissions made up 65.1%.
In 2011, ad sales made up 47.9% and affiliate commission made up 52.1%.

It kind of goes like this back until 2008 and years prior when the majority of my income came from direct ad sales instead of affiliate commission:

I only have numbers beginning in 2008 when I started using Quickbooks to do my accounting (which I recommend highly), before that, I don’t even want to remember what I was doing!! But I think it’s very interesting to note the shift occurring between more of my income coming from direct ad sales vs. affiliate commission.
There are a few reasons for this:

• In 2008, affiliate programs weren’t new by any means, but they were still relatively under-developed, and definitely not as focused on attracting fashion bloggers. Now, with Reward Style and Skimlinks, it’s so much easier to use affiliate links and create content around them, that I simply use them more often.
• More and more smaller boutiques are taking part in affiliate programs now than were doing so in 2008; they’re so much easier to maintain now, and it’s a great way for a boutique or designer to make sure they are getting a satisfactory return. Several boutiques I worked with as advertisers prior to 2008 switched to an affiliate relationship with me, which led to the shift from ad income to affiliate income.
• Direct ad sales is a lot of work. In the beginning, I spent a great deal of time seeking out and communicating with potential advertisers. It proved productive for me, but in recent years, I haven’t devoted as much time to that as I would need to to keep ad sales up. I also cut the number of ads I show on my sites to only 2-3 because I wanted to work very closely with my advertisers and give them more space to speak to my readers. Honestly, I appreciate that quite a bit of my affiliate income is passive, which makes it easier for me to focus on other projects.

While I don’t have 12 income streams like ProBlogger, I have 4 and I’d like to see that number increase, especially after really seeing how much my overall income has gone down slightly the last several years. A lot of things have changed in the world of blogging generally and for me specifically that have contributed to that:

• The sheer number of fashion blogs out there now as compared to 2008 or before is staggering. I simply have much more competition now. Not that I’m complaining, but it definitely has an impact on my ability to make as much money as I used to.
• I had to remove a large, very lucrative component of one of my sites several years ago, which I’ve never really been able to recover from. That was a BIG mistake and I regret it everyday, but I am trying to pick up and move on.
• I am spending much more time creating content than I am reaching out to potential advertisers. I enjoy that more, but it has definitely contributed to a drop in income.

Overall, I’d like to do more consulting and freelancing to diversify my income quite a bit. I do feel like I’ve already let myself sort of fall behind on that, just trying to keep up with blogging, but my goal for this year is to add at least “consulting” to my income stream. In six months I’ll do a follow-up on this post so you can see how it goes!

Amanda Bynes in Twitter Feud With Jenny McCarthy, Says "Shut the [Bleep] Up!"

Amanda Bynes was in a major Twitter war of words with none other than Jenny McCarthy.

The argument began when McCarthy tweeted (and deleted) late last night, "Police are at @AmandaBynes house. I hope they get her help. Enough of this circus. She needs help."

The VH1 host posted a barrage of tweets from a publicist named Jonathan Jaxson, who claimed that the NYPD was at Bynes' Manhattan apartment (though police sources tell fashion street News there's no truth to that).

The "She's the Man" star then lashed out, saying, "@JennyMcCarthy I need help? What are u talking about? Aren't u 50 years old? I'm 27, u look 80 compared to me! Why are you talking about me?"

And added, "@JennyMcCarthy you're ugly! Police weren't at my house old lady! Shut the f--k up!"

McCarthy offered an apology, saying: "Sorry girl. Looking out for ya."

The back-and-forth comes on the heels of Bynes posting several seductive topless photos of herself yesterday on Twitter.

Looks like she had one very busy Wednesday, but at least it ended in on a good note!

Harry Styles has a new flame—and he's already met her family!

The 19-year-old One Direction heartthrob recently started dating 33-year-old Kimberly Stewart, a source exclusively confirms to E! News, noting that both are "very happy."

"They were introduced by a mutual friend who set them up," the insider says. 'Kim is very strong willed, she goes for what she wants and Harry appreciates that. It is a very new thing and we'll see where it goes."

Moreover, "she is exactly his type," the source adds.

And Kim apparently had no qualms about introducing her new fellow to the fam: She and Harry dined last night at Dan Tana's in West Hollywood with her dad and stepmom,Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster; her brother, Sean, and his on-again flame,Adrienne Maloof.

"Kim and Harry sat next to one another" and he was "very cuddly with her," an eyewitness tells E! News. "He had his arm around her." The lad was also seen talking to Kim's pop-icon father for a while as well. 

Sitting this family gathering out, meanwhile, was Kim's 1 1/2-year-old daughter, Delilah, whose dad is Benicio del Toro.

A rep for One Direction had no comment; a rep Stewart has not yet responded to a request for comment.

Emma Stone caused a rush on grape-seed oil last year when she revealed that she uses it as a moisturizer. Now, the Revlon spokeswoman, who is “really allergic to a lot of stuff,” has a few more DIY beauty remedies to share. “I exfoliate with baking soda or brown sugar,” says Stone.  

First, they brought us the “caviar manicure,” and now British nail brand Ciaté is introducing the “chalkboard manicure.” Its latest kit comes with a matte black polish and pastel chalky-finish nail-art pens for embellishment. 

Interior designer Olivia Putnam is the latest artist to put her own personal spin on Nina Ricci’s classic L’Air du Temps fragrance flacon. Available in May, Putnam’s rendition features the classic dove-shaped stopper in a shade of royal blue, with the same color running through the grooves of the crystal bottle.  

Speaking of artful fragrance offerings, this year’s Wear LACMA collection, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s annual range of fashion accessories created by Los Angeles designers and inspired by the museum’s permanent collection, includes a custom fragrance from L’Oeil du Vert perfumer Haley Alexander van Oosten. Matthew McConaughey Approves of Justin Bieber's Shirtless Style

It's official: Matthew McConaughey has jumped on the Justin Bieber shirtless bandwagon.

And lucky for the Biebs, the sexy actor—who is no stranger to showing off his own abtastic bod—totally approves of the singer's shirtless style.

"Really? Well, he keeps doing it in airports right?" McConaughey told MTV News at the junket for Mud when asked about the flack the Biebs has been getting for his lack of clothing. (Side note: Way to keep up with pop culture, Matthew!) 

But just because the Magic Mike star questioned exactly where the "Beauty and a Beat" singer's been stripping down, doesn't mean he thinks there's anything wrong with Justin's apparent loathing of clothing. 

"No, no, no, no, no... I'm not saying you've got to wear a shirt in an airport, especially, I think, he's flying private, he can wear whatever he wants," he explained before personally addressing Justin and laying down the shirtless law: "[It's] appropriate wherever you say it's appropriate. It's your shirt."
