Art Department Loves Spectacle

One half of local musical power house Art Department A/K/A Johnny White stopped by Spectacle's flagship boutique w his lovely lady friend Rose for some late night shopping before jetting off to Europe for a tour.

Mr Department picked up a classic pair of Oliver Goldsmiths, the Kolus which was originally released in 1962 and is still one of the coolest shades out there

Not to be out done in the style department, Rose grabbed an absolute winner of a frame, vintage Cazal 867's with asymmetrical lenses(collectors all over the world are drooling over these as you read this)

Spectacle + The Hangover Part 2

During a recent random "All Dudes" Tuesday at the Queen St shop, the men of Spectacle decided to unwind with a little post work photo shoot.

Darren, Al, Mr Moe (minus face tattoo) and Jeff mimicked a shot from The Hangover Part 2 using the exact same shades as the movie. Which we just happened to have in stock.

Thankfully our guys didnt have to travel to Bangkok and go through a series of hilarious hijinks to pull off The Hangover look, it just comes to them naturally.

Client Profile: Tom Bielecki

Food and drink connoisseur Tom "Tommy B" Bielecki is one of our favourite all time clients and not just because of his close personal relationship with Halle Berry. One look at his hilarious twitter feed and you'll know why.

Last weekend in between patio hoping w his buddies Johnny and Andy, Tom stopped by the Queen West shop to outfit his pals w some essential summer sunnies.

The boys both grabbed some Oliver Peoples product, Connolly and Wilder to go with Tom's own signature Dior Homme 143/S

Once looking good was on lock it was off to the Drake rooftop patio for an unofficial kick off to the summer season.

All Hail the Kid Famous

Our boy Famous just launched a new video today for his royally addictive song, All Hail The King.

Naturally all of the good looking sunglasses in the video came from us at Spectacle (and that is where our eyes are focused when watching this, on the eyewear only!)

One of the videos featured frames is the Oliver Peoples Connolly, the same frame we collaborated w OP on, you know we love that.
